About the Presenters

Janet Puza-Dillin, RN, MSN, CPCC, ACC
Janet Puza-Dillin is a Senior Coach for ValueOptions. She is certified in co-active coaching from the Coaches Training Institute.  Co-active coaching holds that people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole - completely capable of finding their own answers to whatever challenges they face. A Co-Active Coach® asks powerful questions, listens and empowers to bring forward the skills and creativity a client already possesses, rather than instruct or advise.  As a Senior Coach, she works with clients who are seeking to make positive changes in their health, their relationships, and their lives.  Janet is a Registered Nurse and has worked in numerous areas of healthcare including mental health, cardiology and health promotion.

Debbie  Jongkind, RD,LDN
Debbie Jongkind, RD, LDN is a Senior Health Coach with ValueOptions. She is a Registered, Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist. She obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Dietetics from Miami University and completed her post graduate dietetic internship at the Veteran’s Administration Medical Center, St. Louis, MO.  Debbie holds a certificate of training in Adult Weight Management with the American Dietetic Association. Prior to joining VO she worked in employee wellness at Duke University Medical Center. She has a personal and professional passion for working with individuals that have Celiac Disease and Gluten Sensitivity.  She has served as the camp dietitian during “Gluten Free Week” at Camp Kanata 2007-2010.  She offers private consultation for clients following the gluten free diet and writes about living gluten free on the Gluten Free Durham Blog.  Debbie has facilitated numerous classes on weight management and has provided educational seminars on the gluten free diet for both medical professionals and the community.

  • Identify eating challenges and alternative healthy solutions 
  • Understand the importance of physical activity on weight management
  • Understand the importance of support in healthy weight management
  • Develop individual action plan
