About the Presenter

Nancy Launderville , Affiliate Outreach Specialist, joined the CaringBridge team in January, 2011. She is responsible for building relationships with nonprofit organizations, insurance companies and employee assistance providers.    Nancy’s focus is on increasing awareness of CaringBridge among members of other organizational communities.  Her background prior to CaringBridge was delivering provider and customer service training at a local insurance company.
