About the Program
In a rapidly changing business environment it is crucially important for EA companies to deliver, via their provider networks, demonstrably valuable services. Providers need to quantify the outcomes of their interventions which are then visible to an increasingly cost conscious and value focused customer. This interactive presentation will review research conducted at EAP and behavioral therapy sites which demonstrates the application of simple, valid and reliable methods for obtaining client feedback on progress. This feedback facilitates tailoring treatment to client needs, leading to significant improvements in outcome while simultaneously providing demonstrable ROI data and promoting a culture of excellence in provider networks.
Benefits:
- Identify ways to demonstrate accountability, a consumer focus and a culture of excellence in EA provider network services.
- Analyze and describe simple and methods for evaluating client feedback on process and outcome in clinical services
- Interpret the clients perceptions progress in treatment and service satisfaction so that clinical services may be empirically tailored to the individuals needs and characteristics.
