Ginny Sedberry - Regional Director of Account Services,  ValueOptions

Ginny Sedberry joined ValueOptions in early 1997.  She has a Bachelors degree in business and 19 years in the health care industry.  Ginny has an extensive background in account administration and operations management.  In the Regional Account Director role, Ginny coordinates all aspects of account activities including department management, implementation support, and provides leadership in benefits management.  Ginny acts as the Account Services liaison with clinical operations, provider systems, eligibility, claims, client reporting, customer service, and quality committees. Ginny also offers demonstrated expertise in strategic business planning, managed care research, marketing, product line development and networks management.

Carrie Sioberg - HPS Training and Development Specialist, ValueOptions

Carrie Sioberg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina and Florida.  She obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina, her Masters of Social Work from Florida State University, and her Masters of Business Administration from the North Carolina State University Jenkins School of Management.
 
She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of treatment settings including hospitals, crisis centers, day treatment programs, and in private practice settings for the past 13 years.  Her experience includes providing individual, family, and group therapy to clients dealing with varying issues, including depression, sexual assault, substance abuse, and anxiety issues. 

In the past, Carrie has trained health care organizations across the country on using new technology for documenting and communicating protected health information. Most recently, Carrie has worked as a training and development specialist on the Health and Performance Solutions Corporate EAP team at ValueOptions. In this role, she assists in consulting with client companies regarding building a strong EAP program, developing training programs that support companies increase employee health and morale, and assists with new product development and subsequent training needs.

Marsha Lunsford, CEAP, Director Vendor Relations, ValueOptions

Marsha is responsible for vendor management of all Health and Performance Solutions partners including quality management, contract negotiation, and training and communication between account services, clinical operations, and the vendors.  In addition, she is involved in various Health and Performance Solutions department initiatives that further support the ValueOptions divisions with consistent and comprehensive workplace information, resources, and technology.  Ms. Lunsford has more than 20 years of experience working in the behavior health and wellness field.  Ms. Lunsford earned her designation as a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) in 1995. 

 

About the Program

This webinar training will:

  • Provide information regarding the Culture of Health, including information about the business case, why this is an important issue for employers to manage and why EAP professionals can lead in this area.
  • Confirm understanding of the rising business cost of health care.
  • Convey the importance of creating a healthy culture.
  • Develop understanding of why EAPs can support the COH within the organization.
  • Understand next steps to developing a Culture of Health (COH)
