About the Presenter


Bruce Blythe is CEO of Crisis Management International, Inc., and Chairman of Crisis Care Network, Inc. Through these two companies, Mr. Blythe provides crisis preparedness services for multiple Fortune companies and other organizations worldwide. Additionally, they respond to over 800 crises per month nationwide. He also provides comprehensive workplace violence programs and threat of violence consultations through a specialty network of crisis management
specialists and former FBI and Secret Service agents.

He serves as a keynote presenter to fifty national and international conferences per year.

About the Program

In this presentation, participants will learn the components of a comprehensive management response to address the needs of crisis-impacted stakeholders, from employees and customers, to others affected by a crisis situation with real and perceived harm.  Participants will be able to benchmark their existing crisis program to assess their preparedness to address multiple issues such as accounting for people, assistance for families of casualties, best practices in crisis psychology, international liaison program, etc.  The field-tested methods of the presenter’s 25 years of crisis response and recovery will be provided.

  • Participants will receive take-and-use components for addressing the needs of various stakeholder groups, including employees
  • Participants will know how to anticipate the concens of people in crisis and prepare to address their needs
  • Participants will understand management’s role in addressing the human side of crisis

  • Components of a comprehensive Human Impact Program following a serious work-related crisis
